This villa for rent by the sea offers an unforgettable experience by providing complete privacy and peace with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding islands. The residential part of this modern Dalmatian holiday villa is 260 m2 and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, suitable for a luxurious vacation of 10 people and including a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 5 bedrooms, 4 en-suite and one private bathroom and a guest toilet.

The main entrance for guests is secured on the northern side of the villa where the private parking is also located.

Villa features 3 floors. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with a magical view of the sea and beaches, while the fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the kitchen and living room. Inside the bedrooms, you'll find comfortable king-size beds, wardrobes, TVs, and seating areas, while the en-suite bathrooms feature walk-in showers, toilets, towels and more.

On the second floor there is another double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe, a kitchenette with a dining area and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The balcony on this floor has a seating area and a jacuzzi from which you can enjoy an unforgettable sea view.

On the ground floor of the villa, there is also a spacious living room with modern sofas, a coffee table, TV and bookshelves. Adjacent to it is the dining area with a table and 8 chairs, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, refrigerator, cooking utensils, and tableware). From this open, naturally lit space, you have direct access to the terrace with a pool, equipped with sun loungers and a large dining table for 8 people, along with an outdoor shower located right next to the private pool. The property of the villa also features a garden set for relaxation amid the sound of the sea and cicadas. The first, second and ground floor are connected by an internal staircase. Inside this modern villa there is also a gym for maintaining your physical endurance during your vacation and a loundy room.

Villa is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating.

This holiday villa is situated 3.5 km from the town center, 5,5km from Trogir, 63 km from Šibenik, and 33 km from the largest Dalmatian city, Split. In Trogir, you can taste various traditional dishes in numerous restaurants, among which Il Ponte and Franka stand out, both located in the city center, promising an unforgettable experience and guaranteeing a return visit. In Trogir and its surroundings, there are numerous beaches with summer bars where you can enjoy and spend time relaxing.
