The second floor of Villa Dubrovnik Dream consists of a modern and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and balcony with sitting furniture. This floor also provides a magnificent sea view.

At the entrance of the estate, you will encounter a spacious, carefully landscaped garden area with many diverse Mediterranean plants. Several walkways stretch through the garden leading you to the Villa.

Villa Dubrovnik Dream is fully air-conditioned. The villa has satellite TV, DVD, CD player, oven, stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, laundry with drying facilities, dishwasher, dining, sitting and garden furniture, garden, swimming pool, deck chairs and sun umbrellas. The villa also has parking space within the estate.

Distance from the sea is 1 km, from the sandy beach Sun Gardens is 1 km (5 min drive) and from the center of the town of Orasac is 50 m.
