Located in Orebić, this seafront villa accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Mediterranean-style home spans 240 m² on a 360 m² plot, laid out over two floors plus an attic. The ground floor includes a living room, dining room, fully equipped connected kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a guest toilet, and a storage room with washing machine. On the first floor there are three A/C bedrooms (two queen beds and two twin beds set up as twin beds in one bedroom) sharing a bathroom, plus access to a small balcony. The attic offers another A/C double bedroom with a queen bed. Outside you can use the private 12.5 m² round sweetwater pool with sunloungers and the garden’s alfresco dining area with BBQ. Wi‑Fi and LCD satellite TV are available. Private parking for 2 cars is 300 m away, and free public parking is 50 m away. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00; pets are not allowed.

 Villa Beach House Orebic with private pool is a beautiful Mediterranean beachfront villa, situated in the unspoiled natural beauty of the Peljesac peninsula; in the heart of the beautiful Dalmatian town of Orebic. This seafront villa is situated directly on the shore of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea, just a few minutes walking distance from the Orebić center.

This traditional Mediterranean villa was built in 1912 and completely renovated in 2014. It spreads on a plot of 360 m² and the surface of the villa itself is 240 m².  Villa is surrounded by an enchanting garden with 12,5m2 round swimming pool with sunloungers, and an alfresco dining area with BBQ in the nothern part of the garden. This beachfront villa has a kitchen, dining room, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a comfortable accommodation for 8 people.

Villa Beach House has two floors. From the beautiful garden, you will enter a central anteroom area of the ground floor. Left to this room is the living room decorated in a romantic style with paintings and furniture that create an idyllic ambience. The dining room and kitchen are located on the right of the anteroom. All the rooms are connected. The living room and dining room are located on the south side and the kitchen on the north side of the house. All areas have an exit to the garden and to the beautiful stone terraces. The kitchen has access to the northern part of the garden, where the barbecue and outdoor dining area are located. On the ground floor is also a newly built spacious bathroom with designer elements and underfloor heating and a storage room with washing machine. Stone stairs lead to the first floor of this beachfront villa. This space is intended for sleeping and resting in a Mediterranean ambiance. On this floor there are 3 bedrooms. Outside these rooms, you will find a small and pleasant hallway area that exits to the balcony with a beautiful wrought iron fence. The balcony offers a view of the magnificent blue sea and garden with palm trees and a bougainvillea tree. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and one has twin beds. Upstairs on the attic of this bachfront villa is another double bedroom with queen size bed.

The outside area of the villa features a private pool with sunloungers and a beautiful garden. In the back part of the yard you can enjoy the preparation of Dalmatian specialties on the outdoor fireplace. In addition to the outdoor grill, here you will also find an alfresco dining area in the shade, which allows for a pleasant stay in the open air even on the hottest summer days.

This Dalmatian pool villa is air-conditioned and equipped with LCD satellite TV, WIFI, washing machine, ironing board and iron, stove and oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer. A baby cot and high chair are also available upon request. This rental private villa has two private parking spaces for its guests 300 m from the villa, but there is also free public parking 50 m from the villa. The distance from the villa from the sea is only a few meters and to the center of Orebic is a minutes walk.
