A 6-bedroom villa can perfectly accommodate up to 12 guests. It also has 6 en suite bathrooms. One bedroom is placed in the basement, one is on the ground floor, one is on the first floor, and three bedrooms are placed on the second floor. Beds can be separated in the bedroom in the basement. Each has an elegant en suite bathroom with a shower, and air conditioning and exits to a balcony or a terrace with a beautiful sea view.

A stylish kitchen has an oval breakfast bar and a marble dining table for 12 people. An open type living room has a sofa, armchair, a flat TV, and air conditioning and exits to a terrace.

The large outdoor swimming pool has a surface of 42 m2 and its turquoise color attracts views. There are 8 beach chairs, 4 sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower for extra refreshment. Cozy sitting furniture with cushions by the pool is ideal for your cocktail or just observing the sea.

Stairs below the villa will show you the way to the beach. You can soak up the sun on the plateaus above the beach or by the pool. The fitness room will be a treat for sports lovers.

A summer kitchen with a grill is ideal for a family gathering on warm nights. The estate has 4 parking places, so you do not have to wonder where to leave your car.
