Villa Palazzo di Cleo with Pool is located in a small settlement in Vabriga, only 2 kilometers from the sea. So, you can enjoy swimming in the Adriatic Sea and the laid-back atmosphere of pearly beaches whenever you wish. Visit coastal cities  Porec, Novigrad, and Umag and enjoy strolling down the cobblestone streets of the medieval old towns. Furthermore, the biggest Istrian aquapark is a 15-minute drive away from this beautiful villa, and it is a must-visit place if you are holidaying with children.

This splendid holiday villa rental consists of two houses, the main house, and the annex house. The residential area in total has a surface of 320 square meters, while the whole property has a surface of 1.000 square meters.

On the ground floor of the main house, you will find an elegant living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Next, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.

On the upper floor of the main house are two more bedrooms. Each of them comes with a double bed and private bathrooms.

In the annex house, you will have two more bedrooms with double beds and private bathrooms.

The annex house can be ideal for the members who want more privacy from the rest of the group, or for your nanny or a chef.

The beautiful exteriors of the villa feature a green lawn, an outdoor swimming pool (size 33 sqm), and a large sun deck with sunbeds.

Since there is an outdoor dining table, you can also enjoy your meals outside in the fresh air.

The kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, oven, kettle, and Lavazza espresso coffee maker.
