Contemporary Villa with Pool and Jacuzzi in Kaštel Novi

Villa Solencia is a holiday villa in Kastel Novi, a quiet coastal town between Split and Trogir. For extra space, there is also a separate room near the pool with its own kitchen, fireplace, and dining table behind glass doors with pool access and sea views. 

Guests looking to stay active can use the fitness room with gym equipment or unwind in the sauna after a workout. The villa is just a 10-minute drive from the beach and Split Airport, 15 minutes from Trogir, and less than half an hour from Split and its famous Diocletian’s Palace. Local taverns and grocery shops are within walking distance, making Villa Solencia a convenient and comfortable base for exploring the Split area of Croatia.
