With prior notice, in one of the bedrooms, the king-size bed can be converted  into twin beds. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other four bedrooms are on the upper floor

Baby cot and high chair are available on request, with no additional charge.

Out of respect for the serene surroundings, guests are kindly asked to avoid any noise after 11:00 PM, and hosting parties or events is not allowed. The property is intended exclusively for the registered number of guests specified in the booking. A €1,000 refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in and will be returned at check-out if the villa remains in perfect condition. Violations of the house rules are subject to a €1,000 fine.
