Featuring 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it hosts up to 14 people, making it ideal for families or groups. The interiors blend stone, wood, and terracotta, while outside you'll find a spacious swimming pool bordered by sun loungers and shaded areas. Enjoy the children’s play zone, table tennis, and outdoor dining. The property also offers an organic garden, barbecue, and is both pet-friendly and wheelchair accessible. Options such as spa access, multi-sport playground, and breakfasts are available for an extra fee. Spacious and private, this villa creates a welcoming base for group gatherings and special celebrations.

The stone mansion has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 people.

The impressive vacation home extends on 600 m2 and is decorated in a rustic style. Its interior reminds of old times, due to the choice of furniture, a combination of stone, wood, and terracotta.

The exterior is the forte of this impressive estate. A large outdoor swimming pool of 100 m2 with attractions dominates the area. There are 14 beach chairs and 6 sun umbrellas, as well as a lounge area among the palm trees. An outdoor dining area is great for socializing with your friends and family. Organic vegetable garden and barbecue are also at disposal.

Kids can play outdoors in the children's zone, watch Netflix and use PlayStation. Adults can ride bicycles (4 bicycles at disposal), play soccer, table tennis, and darts.

Wellness and spa center (indoor) and spa mini-pool (outdoor), multi-sport playground and breakfast are available with surcharge.

Indoor wellness and spa center and spa mini pool usage cost 900€ per week. Multi-sport playground (football, badminton, cross mint and volleyball; natural grass irrigation, safety net, spotlights for the game night and sports equipment) costs 300€ weekly. The surcharge for continental breakfast is 10€ per person, English breakfast is 20€ per person and Istrian breakfast is 30€ per person.

The villa is wheelchair accessible and pet-friendly. Surcharge for a pet is 100€ per week.

Weddings of up to 100 people and other celebrations are allowed on request. This will be an incredible setting for your most romantic moments. Free parking for 100 cars is on site.

For our guests, we can organize Istrian cooking classes, hire a chef and organize various daily trips.
