Nearby is Nature Park Cape Kamenjak nature park and some of the most popular beaches in Istria. To reach the city of Pula you will need less than a 10-minute drive.

Luxury Villa Floral Elegance is a modern family-friendly house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an amazing outdoor pool area.  It accommodates up to 8 guests. Fully equipped to the smallest detail, it offers a great setting for a holiday in Istria for a family with children or small group of or friends.

Luxury Villa Floral Elegance sits on a private plot of 500 square meters. It is fully fenced. The residential area stretches over two floors and is 218 square meters in total.

Air conditioning and soundproofing is available in all indoor areas.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining area and living room. The fully equipped kitchen and living area create a homey area on the ground floor. There are 3 types of coffee makers available! You can choose from espresso, Nespresso, and filter coffee maker.

Next, one of the bedrooms with a private bathroom is on this floor. It has a king-size bed and direct access to the terrace. Two spacious bedrooms are on the first floor. Both have king-size beds, private bathrooms, and a balcony. The baby cot and highchair are available on request, with no extra charges.

The outdoor area is dominated by the amazing swimming pool with waterfall. It is surrounded by olive trees, and you can relax on the sunbed in the shade of olive trees. Outdoors is also an alfresco dining table and barbecue facilities. Pool heating is available in the villa, and guests who wish to use this service must inform us at least 7 days before arrival to allow time for heating. The service is charged upon arrival at a rate of €150 per week.

Luxury Villa Flora Elegance also offers full laundry facilities at guests’ disposal, including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. It is great addition for guests who choose longer stays.

There are 4 private parking spaces available. Charging station for an electric car is also on disposal.

Pets are not allowed.

Smaller events and celebrations can be organized at the villa. However, prior notice is mandatory.

You can also do many half-day or day trips to charming small towns dotted along the western coast of the Istrian peninsula.  We recommend visiting the town of Rovinj, Medulin, and taking a boat trip to the Brijuni National Park archipelago.

The nature reserve The Cape Kamenjak is a great choice for a day out by the sea exploring and relaxing.  Here you can enjoy the transparent clear sea, many walking and hiking trails, take one of the local boat trips or try cliff diving.
