On the ground floor, there is a large open-space plan living zone featuring a fully equipped kitchen, lavish living room, and dining table. Also on this floor, you will find one bedroom. The bedroom has a large double bed, TV, AC, and a private bathroom with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, oven, blender, kettle, and espresso coffee machine. There is also an electric grill provided. 

On the lower floor, you will find a fitness room with gym equipment and a sauna. 

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms. Each of them has a private bathroom, TV, AC, and large double bed.

On the last floor, there is the fourth bedroom. It also has a private bathroom, a large double bed, TV, and AC. It opens up to the large sunny terrace with sunbeds and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The service room is equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer.

The pool is 7.6 meters long and 2.6 meters wide. The heating of the pool is available at no extra cost. Both, beach and pool towels are provided.

Free Wi-Fi is available. The smart TV comes with satellite channels, cable television, and Netflix.

Private parking for 3 cars is available.
