A lovely villa with a pool is located in Pula, Istria. Estate of 600 m2 is placed in the verdant part of Pula, some 2 km from the nearest beaches and some 3,5 km from the city center of Pula.

A one-floor Villa Ernesta boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it is a perfect accommodation for up to 8 persons. It features 6 main beds and 2 additional beds for its guests.

Once you enter the villa of 140 m2 you will notice its simple yet attractive interior. A completely furnished kitchen and a comfortable living room with sofas offer a perfect lounge area after a whole day in the sun. The dormitory consists of 3 charming bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and a terrace. From all bedrooms, there is a lovely view of the pool.

The highlight of the charming estate is a turquoise terrace-set pool of 20 m2, encircled with the wall and cane from its southern side. The plot offers privacy and is completely hidden from the curious glances. On the wooden pool plateau, there are 6 sun loungers ideal for your sunbathing time. Lovely outdoor steps that take you to the pool give the villa feeling of total relaxation. From this area, you can enjoy the picturesque view of the city.

The alfresco dining area will be perfect for a family gathering during hot summer nights. Lying in the hammock while the barbecue is prepared must be one of the most wonderful feelings while on vacation.

This pet-friendly villa offers 3 bicycles and 3 parking places, it is covered with Wi-Fi and air-conditioned in all areas.
