The ground floor of the villa has an open-plan concept. It includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, formal dining area for 10 and cozy living room with a fireplace. Kitchen is equipped to the highest standards and includes dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, refriegerator, ice maker, blender and Gaggenau cofe machine.

Furthermore, on the ground floor you will find a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Next, there is a fitness room and sauna on this floor. For the extra fun and relaxation in the villa you can play billiards, darts and table soccer.

All areas have an ultra quiet Harreither cooling system.

One bedroom is on the ground floor and has a super king size bed (200 cm × 200 cm). This room has a bathroom with a rain shower and is wheelchair accessible.  Further, the other 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor.

The master bedroom has two queen-size beds. Each of the beds in master bedroom is 140 cm wide and 210 cm long. If you wish these beds can be pulled together meaning you have lots of space to rest in comfortable beds. Moreover, the master bedroom has a private terrace and the bathroom with standalone bathtub and the rain shower. The other two bedrooms have super large double beds and private bathrooms with rain showers.

Each bedroom has large floor-to-ceiling windows and offers panoramic sea views.

All areas have an ultra quiet Harreither cooling system.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas indoors and outdoors.

The baby cot and high chair for small babies and todlers are available on a request.

Well-behaved pets are allowed on request, although extra fees may apply.
