Inside, the open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and a comfortable lounge. The villa is set in a peaceful bay, with a swimmable beach only 140 meters away, plus several pebbly and sandy shores nearby for variety. The area is renowned for water activities like snorkeling, paddleboarding, and diving, while local bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The lively towns of Rogoznica, Trogir, and Primosten are a short drive, making this villa an excellent base to explore the Dalmatian coast.

It is designed to meet the needs of families and friends holidaying together and accommodates up to 8 guests. It has 4 bedrooms with large beds (>180cm). One bedroom is on the ground floor. Three of the bedrooms are on the upper floor and they share a sun terrace.

On the ground floor, you will also find a big kitchen with all kitchen appliances and utensils for preparing delicious meals. Moreover, there is a dining table and a living room with a large sofa and a Smart TV.

Large sliding windows open up to the outdoor terrace with a huge swimming pool, which is the central part of the outdoor area of the villa. The swimming pool can be heated with a surcharge of 27€ per day (01.01.-15.06, 15.09.-01.01.). Here is also a covered alfresco dining table for 8, and pm the one side you will find a summer kitchen and barbeque.
