Villa Maritime with Infinity pool is located in the quiet bay on the eastern side of Brac Island and it is only 40 meters from the beach. The quiet neighborhood and pristine pebble and rocky beaches allow you to enjoy summer joys to the fullest.

This Brac villa can accommodate 12 guests across its 6 bedrooms. It features 7 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Five of the bedrooms come with king-size beds and one of the bedrooms has twin beds. One of the bedrooms has a pull-out sofa bed. There are two pull-out sofa beds in the living room. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

The total indoor living space has a surface of 350 square meters, and the total surface of the villa is 650 square meters. In addition, there is a garage with roll outdoors and a surface of 110 square meters, suitable for up to 4 cars.

The kitchen equipment includes everything you need for cooking and food storage. In addition, there is a large wood-fire barbecue on one of the terraces. At your disposal, you have a dishwasher, refrigerator, icemaker, microwave oven, stovetop, oven, kettle, juicer, blender, and coffee maker.  There are great restaurants in the nearby area so you can also eat out. Personal chef service is available upon request at an additional cost.

Villa Maritime is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors.

Each bedroom has Smart TV with satellite channels and Netflix.

Fully equipped for a relaxing stay, Villa Maritime is a perfect base for exploring Brac Island for island hopping to nearby Dalmatian islands Hvar, Solta, and Vis. Moreover, the mainland and the cities of Split and  Makarska are easily reachable.
