Villa Graziosa spreads over 2 floors and has a residential area of 200 square meters. It lays on a private and fully fenced plot of 1.000 square meters in total. Villa Graziosa has a private entrance and private parking place for 4 cars.

In total it offers accommodation for 10 guests. It features 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and private bathrooms. The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has an additional bed and a bathtub. Three of the other guest bedrooms are on the upper floor. They boast bathrooms with showers and large windows with an exit to the sunny terrace. One of the guest bedrooms on the upper floor can be arranged as a double bed bedroom or a twin bed bedroom, depending on your wishes and needs.  On request, you will be provided with a baby cot and a high chair for babies and toddlers of up to 3 years of age.  Moreover, each bedroom is equipped with a television and air-conditioning.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with plenty of space for food storing and preparing. So here you will find a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave oven, kettle, blender, and espresso coffee maker. In addition, there is an outdoor wood-fire barbecue where you can prepare tasty meals.

The cozy living room boasts a large-angle seating sofa where you can lay down and watch television with satellite channels.

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available in all areas of the villa.  All areas are air-conditioned.

The ground floor of the villa is wheelchair accessible. The large outdoor areas include a covered dining area with a dining set for 10 people, several lounge areas, a large swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and sunbeds. Pool heating is possible on request (with surcharge of 200 € per week)

Guests of the Villa Graziosa have 5 bicycles at the disposal. Next, there is a tennis court right next to the villa. The tennis court is shared with the sister villa.

The close neighborhood of the villa is very quiet. Thus, here you can relax to the fullest. When you want to eat out in restaurants or feel the city vibe, you have plenty of options in a short drive away. Besides, there is a grocery shop, bakery, cafe bar, and restaurant within walking distance from the villa.

The large swimming pool and the sun terrace will surely be your favorite place to cool down and relax. Though, we recommend also exploring beaches in the surrounding area and enjoy a swim in the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.
