Wonderful Luxury Villa La Bellissima with a heated pool is situated on the slope of the long Lim Bay, just 9 minutes’ drive from the town of Vrsar in the western part of the region of Istria.

Beautiful royal-like estate with a surface of 3780 m2 boasts 5 luxury bedrooms and perfectly accommodates up to 10 persons. This 5-star villa is very modern, with carefully selected furniture, white goods, and decorations.

On 2 floors Villa La Bellissima offers a living space, a large garden with a swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a parking place, and a private beach just a few meters away.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and high-quality appliances, a modern living room with sofas, and flat TV with an exit to the lovely terrace where the pool is.

On the first floor of the villa, there are 5 luxurious bedrooms, each with a balcony, en-suite bathroom, flat TV screen, safety deposit box. From the balconies, there is a mesmerizing view of the sea and the garden.

Grandiose outdoor heated swimming pool of 45 m2 is surrounded by beach chairs, and sun umbrellas. Barbecue is in front of the villa, a part of the summer kitchen. The outdoor dining area is placed in the large garden where you can enjoy romantic nights on the verge of the Lim Bay.

A small concrete private beach is located just several meters away from this luxury home, overlooking other parts of the peninsula.

For staying in a good shape, the villa offers a spa room with a sauna and 2 Jacuzzis, fitness equipment. For entertainment at disposal are billiard, table tennis, satellite channels, and home cinema. The luxury house is completely air-conditioned and offers 3 parking spaces on private parking.
