Third bedroom have a double bed size 180x200 with satellite TV and work desk. All bedrooms have exit on big spacious terrace which also have a view on beautiful landscape. On the first floor there is also a big bathroom with massage bathtub.
Lower ground floor is on the pool level and it have a big private tavern, which is traditional dining room with wood barbecue, summer kitchen and one toilet. There is also sauna from where you can exit to pool area. Next to the pool is located covered outdoor dining area with gas barbecue.
The main thing is private pool, size of 40 square meters and covered jacuzzi next to it. There is also outdoor shower with a large and spacious sundeck and sun loungers.
Below the pool there is a path that leads to the bottom of the property where you can enjoy walking and picking ecological fruits and vegetables every day, or even play the bocce ball on the bocca playground. You can also enjoy in hiking and sightseeing around.
