This contemporary villa in Režanci is designed for gatherings and relaxation, welcoming up to twelve guests across five spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and king-size beds that can be arranged as singles on request. Set on a generous estate of 2,000 square meters, you'll find plenty of space for outdoor living, including a large private pool, sun deck, and garden. The well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor supports both home-style and professional cooking. Shared facilities, such as golf pitching and a fitness house with sauna and gym equipment, complement your stay while privacy is ensured in your own villa. Enjoy the peace of the Istrian hills, making this an ideal base for exploring the peninsula and its coastlines. Please note, parties and younger groups are not allowed.

Perched into the green hills of the charming Istrian village, this wonderful holiday villa spreads on a large estate of 2.000 m2. It offers peace and tranquility enhanced by exquisite panoramic views of surrounding forests. Moreover, it abounds in outdoor areas including a large swimming pool, sun deck, outside kitchen, and garden. It is a great choice for hosting a private party or a smaller celebration.

Villa Energy White has 5 bedrooms in total and each of them has a private bathroom. All rooms have are king-size beds (>180 cm). With the notification before arrival, is possible to separate each of the beds into 2 single beds. The main kitchen is located on the ground floor and it is equipped with everything for professional cooking and home cooking.

Villa Energy White is part of a three-villa-complex where each property is completely private. Shared facilities include golf pitching and a separate fitness house with a sauna and gym equipment.

The position in central Istria allows you to easily explore the Istrian coast, its western, eastern, or southern part. We recommend not missing the visit to the wonderful Cape Kamenjak at the very south tip of the Istrian Peninsula.

Younger groups and parties are not allowed.
