This spacious two-floor villa in Selca offers unmatched relaxation just 5 meters from the clear blue sea. Ideal for families or friends, it features 6 en-suite bedrooms that sleep up to 12 guests in comfort. The large terrace is perfect for gatherings, with a heated swimming pool, lounge chairs, and a barbecue area surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. Designed with accessibility in mind, the villa also provides an elevator for convenience. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sauna for unwinding after a day by the water. Enjoy peaceful sea views and a tranquil ambiance, making it easy to immerse yourself in the charm of the Dalmatian coast. Please note: pool heating is available at an extra charge.

The Luxury Villa Seven Sins with infinity pool is a superbly and luxuriously decorated villa, situated only 5 meters from the clear blue sea with a rockybeach, in Selca on the island of Brač. If you are looking for a place without daily rush and cars crowd you have chosen the right one. The villa is surrounded by greenery and plants and offers you a perfect place in the embrace of nature with typical Mediterranean smells of pines and sounds of birds and crickets. The whole villa is covered by Brač stone which offers a magnificent feeling of a luxury and prestige.

The large terrace with a heated swimming pool, lounge chairs and barbecue with comfortable outdoor furniture offers the really unforgettable area where you can enjoy with your loved ones. The breathtaking view of the crystal blue sea and a charming village in front of the villa will make your memories last forever. Please be aware that pool heating, if required, will incur an additional charge of 500€ per week or 75€ per day (it is not included in our nightly rate).

A large living room equipped with designed furniture and the kitchen with top contents and dining area will provide all your necessities. The elevator in the villa is staying at disposal for all guests, especially for disabled people. The luxury villa has 6 spacious rooms with en-suite bathrooms and is suitable for 12 people. All rooms are furnished with carefully chosen furniture with small but impressive details. The luxury villa has also a cozy sauna where you can relax after a long day spent on the beach or in exploring the islands historical sights.
