With a total of nine bedrooms and six bathrooms, up to eighteen guests can enjoy privacy and space. The villa offers 350 square meters of modern living, while a 500-square-meter yard provides ample room to relax. The open-plan living area leads out to a terrace with a swimming pool, perfect for unwinding and making the most of the coastal climate. The villa features a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals and comfortable bedrooms designed for restful nights. Enjoy gathering in the spacious living room or dining outside on the terrace. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out at 10:00, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for your stay.

A gorgeous villa is located between the hill and the sea. The road connection is good, so you can easily explore historic cities like Split, Trogir, Sibenik, etc.

The lavish estate boasts 3 villas, and Villa Ocean View I is one of them. The modern villa features 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 18 persons.

The modern completely equipped kitchen is equipped with all the appliances for your culinary show. A comfortable living room with a fireplace has an exit to a balcony and offers a relaxing sea view and the pool in front of the villa. The bedrooms with king-size beds are modern and comfortable. Most of the bedrooms offer a sea view balcony and are completely equipped.

A large swimming pool of 55 m2 dominates the terrace that also has a grill. Here, you can prepare your favorite Dalmatian meal- fish and salad with superb Babic red wine. On a hot summer evening, you can admire the sea illuminated by the nearby lights. A fragrance of the sea will fulfill you with the energy.

Various celebrations can be held in the villa, on request. 6 parking places are available for the guests in front of the villa. Villa Ocean View is covered with Wi-Fi and a TV has a wide variety of programs.

We recommend visiting Krka waterfalls and going to one of the islands. Kornati National Park is relatively near. A short romantic stroll is possible in Trogir and Marina only 10 km from the villa.
