The living area of Villa Tempera spreads over two floors and can perfectly accommodate up to 8 guests. On the upper floor, you will find 3 bright and comfortable bedrooms. The beds are all king size and in one of the rooms, it can be separated into twin beds. The bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms on the upper floor have access to the balcony and one has access to a small terrace.

The ground floor of Villa Tempera contains a fully equipped kitchen, living room, shared bathroom, and bedroom that is ideal for families with small children or elderly couples. A modernly furnished kitchen has all appliances that you might need during your stay. Here you will find a refrigerator with an icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, oven, blender, and De Longhi coffee machine. Next to the kitchen, you will find a large dining table for 8 people.

In the living room, a large sofa and armchair are ideal for spending quality time with your friends and family away from the summer heat. Reading a good book or watching television is also a good option to escape the warm summer sun.

Stepping out onto the terrace you will find a 32 m2 swimming pool and 8 comfortable beach chairs. Three sun umbrellas will make sure you get plenty of shade.

Beach and pool towels are available. An outdoor dining table and wooden barbecue are ideal for preparing your own meals and sharing it with your loved ones. Or you can hire a personal chef to cook for you!  The entire Villa Tempera is enclosed and has 4 private parking spaces.   

If you are looking to spend a relaxing vacation then Villa Tempera is an excellent choice. Close enough to restaurants and bars but still a bit remote and distanced from the tourist crowds.
