On the terrace of Ville Dubrovnik Amelie, lies a large heated swimming pool, blending with the spectacular sea horizon. On the right is a summer gazebo with a large dining table for 12 people, with staircase linked to a private sun deck guaranteeing discreet entry to the sea.

From the terrace you enter open space of the ground floor containing spacious living room, dining area with a table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen in the background, library and bar perfect for evening relaxation. The two Minotti sofas occupy the open space in which the central location has Flos chandelier, while the kitchen is equipped with top Siemens appliances.

By stairs or elevator, we arrive at the first floor, which has two rooms, with their own en suite bathrooms lined by white Carrera marble.

On the second floor, there are three bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms, of which master bedroom except a large walk-in shower, has a magnificent vacation oasis, the white Catalano bath from where you can enjoy stunning view over the Dubrovnik archipelago.

At the top of this modern beauty there is a parking space for 3 cars and access to the elevator that goes to all floors of this superb architectural building.

As a true holiday for the eyes, the luxurious Villa Amelie, other than the mainland, can also be accessed by the sea, because at its base there is a private berth for your boat. On the private sunbathing deck, you get the ultimate peace and privacy.
