Villa with Pool, Jacuzzi & Sea View in Sukošan

The living area of the house is 170 m2, divided into two floors. The villa is spacious and well equipped with all the necessary items for perfect relaxation.

The owners paid a lot of attention to the interior design, which is modern but cosy.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a spacious, beautifully decorated air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a large table and chairs.  The living room has a direct exit to the outdoor garden terrace where the pool is located.

There is also one bedroom (1 double bed) with a private en-suite bathroom (shower) and an additional guest toilet with a laundry room on the ground floor.

A beautiful glass wooden staircase leads from the living room to the first floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath).

Bedroom 2 - equipped with a double bed that can be extended into 2 single beds and air-conditioning unit. A large closet belonging to the room is located in a hallway. This bedroom is surrounded by a jacuzzi terrace and on 2 sides has glass walls with a direct exit outside. 

There is a bathroom (bath) with an entrance from a hallway that can be considered private for Bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3 - is actually the sleeping unit consisting of a long hallway with a large closet, a private bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom equipped with a double bed, a reclining sleeping chair for 1 child, a desk, and air-conditioning unit. It has a direct exit to a jacuzzi terrace. Offers a sea view.

The first floor offers a large covered terrace with a jacuzzi, a summer breakfast kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, plates, and glasses) and a set of garden lounge furniture. Here guests can enjoy the sea view. 

An unquestionable advantage of this property is a private swimming pool with an outdoor shower and a sun deck with sun loungers surrounded by green plants. The ground floor terrace near the pool is covered giving a possibility to hide from the sun. On the side, there is a dining area with a barbeque at guests' disposal.

There are also wooden portable beach chairs available for guests.

Villa has 2 private parking spaces in the garage.

BEACHES

Villa Aqua is located only 50 m from the nearest beach. Actually, the entire coast in this part of Sukošan is used for beaches. Most of them have a flat shore, which is- as well as the seabed- pebble and fine-grained here. The water gradually gets deep.

The other beaches in Sukošan: 

Dječji Raj Beach /Children's Paradise Beach/ - 1,3 km from the villa.

Ideal beach for small children, where the coast is pebble (and partially paved with stone), the bottom is sandy and the waters are shallow. It is particularly suitable for playing games with balls, like 'picking'. The beach is equipped with showers, changing cabins, and toilets. There are beach chair and pedal boat rentals as well as cafe bars.

Makarska Beach - 2km 

The beach is partially paved and partially covered with pebbles, with plenty of natural shade of tamarisk. Nearby is a playground for volleyball, basketball court, and bocce. Showers, changing cabins, and chemical toilets are available.

Zlatna Luka Beach - 2,3 km

Located at the entrance to Sukosan from Zadar. The beach is covered with pebbles and tamarisk and pine trees provide natural shade during the summer heat. There are showers, changing cabins, and chemical toilets. On the beach, you can enjoy beach volleyball.

D-Marin Beach -2,9 km

The newly-designed beach within D-Marin Dalmacija with accompanying content like a restaurant and an exclusive beach club. It is a pebble beach with luxury rest areas on the water.

NEAREST RESTAURANTS, CAFE BARS, AND GROCERIES

The nearest grocery is 1,2 km away, a coffee bar is 1km and a restaurant is about 1,2km far. The best choice of gastronomic points, shops and services can be found in the centre of Sukošan, distanced about 1,5km.

To reach our property, leave the A1 highway at the Zadar II (Zadar istok) exit and head towards Sukošan.
