Interiors include a 57 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, air conditioning, and in-floor heating, with Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The sea and rocky beach are about 2 m away; the pebble beach is 500 m away and Selca’s center is 1.5 km away. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; a damage deposit of €500 is required on arrival and returned at departure.

In the souterrain of the villa, there are facilities necessary for everyday life. The laundry, kitchenette, wine cellar, boiler room, one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate closet have found their place on this level. This bedroom offers exceptional privacy and great comfort.

The courtyard of the Villa White Bellezza, situated on the ground floor, follows the elegant and modern lines from the interior. The most attractive parts of the whole estate are certainly an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture (outdoor dining area), ideal to hang out with friends. Outside, there is also a private garden with herbs, pine trees, olive trees, and lemon and lime trees. Of course, a stone fireplace is also placed there as an indispensable part of every Dalmatian home, where you can prepare various specialties.

On the mezzanine floor of the Villa White Bellezza (connected to the ground floor) there are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and two sinks, for him and for her. The other bedroom has two separate single beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a beautiful terrace, furnished with a comfortable seating set, so you can relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the surrounding villages, islands and sparkling azure blue sea. Apart from the bedrooms, there are also a spacious living room (57m²) with a leather sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a modernly designed dining room. All these rooms are separated from the courtyard and pool by large glass sliding doors. At this level, there is also a garage (1).

The internal stone staircase connects the mezzanine to the first floor, which is decorated as a real dream fairytale. On this floor, there are two modern bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Luxury Villa White Bellezza is fully air conditioned and is also equipped with in-floor heating, ideal for the winter season. Additionally, guests have Internet connection, LCD satellite TV, DVD player, stove, oven, hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, blender, coffee maker, juicer, hair dryer , iron, ironing board and washing machine and dryer at their disposal. There are also 3 parking spaces, two on the outside and one in the garage.

Distance from the sea and rocky beach is 2 m, from the pebble beach 500 m and 1.5 km from the town center of Selca.
