Set on the island of Brac in Sumartin, this 150 m2 villa sits within a 600 m2 property area and offers terraces on two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find two king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, plus access to a terrace with pool and sea view. Upstairs includes a living room with a sofa bed for two, an equipped kitchen and dining table, and a third king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower and one toilet. The villa has air conditioning and wireless internet, plus an LCD projector in the living room. Outside, enjoy the outdoor pool area, terraces with lounge furniture, outdoor barbecue, and outdoor dining. Parking is provided. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00, with a €500 damage deposit payable on arrival and returned at departure.

On the ground floor of the villa are located two rooms with king size beds each with their own en suite bathroom with shower. Through the door, you will step out onto the terrace with pool and sea view.

On the first floor of the villa you will find a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for two more people and a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, hood, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a dining table in this area. On this floor there is also a third room with a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower and one toilet.

The villa is air-conditioned and with wireless internet. The villa also has an LCD projector in the living room. Parking is provided for the guests of the villa.
