With 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (6 with shower and 1 with shower and bath), it’s designed for comfort in a spacious setting. Located 400 m from the town center and 5 m from the sea, the villa is fully air-conditioned and offers Wi‑Fi and private parking. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00; a €500 damage deposit is payable on arrival (pets: 1 allowed).

The terrace of the Luxury Villa Bel Mondo is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and olive trees, and the Dalmatian stone that is lined with it gives it a special charm and blends in perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The terrace offers incredible views of the surrounding green hills, azure blue Adriatic Sea and the Sutivan cove itself. Guests on the terrace can relax in the pool or soak up the warm Dalmatian sun on deck chairs by the pool.

The outside of the villa consists of three spacious terraces with a solar heated swimming pool (8m x 4m), an outdoor fully equipped kitchen with barbecue and a covered dining table.

The terrace enters the open space of the ground floor of the house where you can find spacious living room with comfortable sofa and LCD TV, fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 8 people. In addition, there are 3 rooms on this floor, two of which have a king size bed, en suite bathroom and LCD TV. The third room has two single beds and a shared bathroom with shower.

On the ground floor of the villa, with a separate entrance, there is also one private room with a king size bed, small living room, kitchen and bathroom.

On the first floor of the Luxury Villa Bel Mondo there are 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen and a terrace with a seating area overlooking the islands of Hvar and Peljesac. One room has a king size bed with en suite bathroom, while the other has two single beds with shared bathroom.

In the attic of the villa there is a main room with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with shower and bath, lounge with LCD TV and a covered terrace offering spectacular sea views and sitting furniture.

The luxurious Villa Bel Mondo is fully air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, LCD TV, kitchen, living room, outdoor and indoor dining table, grill, coffee machine, kettle, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and chair for feeding. Private parking is available at the Luxury Villa Bel Mondo.
