The second floor has three king-size bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, and the pool area overlooks the Brac Channel. Parking, air-conditioning, and Wi-Fi are provided; the sea is 100 m away and Sutivan center is 500 m away. Check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 10:00; a €1000 damage deposit is payable on arrival and refunded on departure, and up to 1 pet is allowed.

On the ground floor of the luxury Villa Sutivan Diamond 2 there is a large fitness center where you have everything you need for exercising. Treadmill, bike, boxing bag and weights are there to strengthen your muscles, and for recreation, there is also a large table tennis table to awaken the competitive spirit.

There's a infinity heated pool from where you can enjoy spectacular views of the Brac Channel, surrounded by sun decks. Dining table for 8 persons and a stone barbecue designed for the enjoying the Dalmatian delicacies are also placed on the terrace. The living room is separated by large glass walls, elegantly blended into the environment, with its large sofa as a perfect place for socializing and relaxing. Fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 8 people complete the first floor as a place to satisfy all your senses.

To the second floor of the luxury Villa Sutivan Diamond 2 we enter by stairs from the first floor, where three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and king-size beds are situated, and where you can enjoy the full privacy when you want to unwind.
