The highlight of this luxury seafront villa is the terrace with an amazing seaview and a 44 m2 infinity heated pool with salty water. The terrace also features a barbecue grill, summer kitchen, comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing and alfresco garden furniture where you can enjoy an afternoon of relaxation while preparing quality and delicious food accompanied by the sounds of crickets and birds. This is a place where you can enjoy complete privacy and, if you wish, refresh yourself in the pool or enjoy the sun. Also, in the morning hours, you can drink your morning coffee in this very place with a richly prepared breakfast to start the day with a dose of positive energy.

This private holiday villa is spread over 3 floors. There is one spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, an en suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and private terrace on the first floor and one on the second floor. The two other bedrooms are on the ground floor with access to the terrace and one of them has a separate external access.

The ground floor features a living room with comfortable soft-colored sofas that offer an incredible view through the glass part of the room, while the dining area is located next to the modern sofas, where up to 10 people can be comfortably accommodated. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen. Inside this modern holiday villa there is a washing machine, dryer (on request) and safe. Villa is also equipped with SMART TV, internet connection, air conditioning and the possibility of underfloor heating.

On the property there is also a private parking lot and a garage. The villa is located 1.2 km from the center of Sutivan. If you want to engage in adrenaline activities, we offer two mountain bikes for exploring the beautiful island of Brač.

With it's pebble beaches, Sutivan is an ideal destination for a perfect summer vacation. Two of the most popular pebble beaches are Bunta and Likva.

This picturesque coastal town is 27 km away from Split, which is famous for Diocletian's Palace, which can be reached by ferry or boat. The distance from Bol is 39 km, next to which is the paradise beach Zlatni rat, famous for being one of the most beautiful pebble beaches on the Croatian coast. This area is a protected natural area and a favorite place for surfers and kite surfers from all over the world.

Sutivan is a wonderful old Dalmatian place, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the middle of a green oasis surrounded by crystal blue sea. The town, which also has 822 inhabitants, was named after the local church of St. John on the foundations of the early Christian basilica around which the first settlement was built.
