Set in Sutivan on the island of Brač, this 4-bedroom villa accommodates up to 10 guests and spans three floors across 550 m² (380 m² of space). Inside, you’ll find a large living room with a LED TV and entertainment options, plus a spa and relaxation area with a shower. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and dining area leading to a garden terrace with barbecue, sunbathing area, and lounge chairs, with sea views and surrounding mountains. The second floor offers three bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The villa is fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi, and offers a large garage and parking. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00.

Upon arrival on the property directly on the entrance, you will find a large garage and direct access to the ground floor. In the main entrance area, you will find a large wardrobe for shoes, clothes and storage and large living room equipped for entertainment with a large screen LED TV (Sat TV, DVD, Playstation PS4, Radio ). Also, on this floor you will find the spa and relaxation area with a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, small kitchen, an internal fireplace and a dining table with bench seating.

The Ground floor is connected with a first floor and there you will find a laundry/utility room and WC on the left and on the opposite side of the house, you will find dining room, fully equipped kitchen and living room leading out to the large garden terrace with barbecue, sunbathing area, and lounge chairs. This is the most beautiful part of this part of the house with a magnificent sea view and the surrounding mountains. On the first floor, there is also a spacious bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor of the Villa, there are three elegant bedrooms and bathrooms with showers, two of which have terraces.
