Featuring three bright bedrooms—each with an en-suite bathroom—the home is well-appointed for restful nights. Enjoy relaxing days in the spacious living area, or step out to your private pool and generous sun deck. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor dining space make it easy to savor meals together, while thoughtful details throughout lend a welcoming touch. With the convenience of three modern bathrooms, room for up to seven guests, and pet-friendly options on request, this two-floor villa ensures a balanced blend of relaxation and practicality. An ideal base for exploring Brač’s beautiful beaches, water sports, and island charm.

The Luxury Villa Alpha Prestige with pool has a big infinity pool and a sundeck equipped with beach chairs. Here you can relax, read a book and enjoy the stillness. The villa features a barbecue and outdoor dining area which are ideal for spending time in the summer evenings with your loved ones.

The villa has a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed >180 cm and an extra bed per room. The third bedroom has a double bed.

The bathrooms are all en-suite and private. Each bathroom has a rain shower and one of them has a bathtub as well.

Brač is well known for its beautiful beaches and one of them is Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) which has a unique shape of a wave.

Pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed on request and with a surcharge. Please note that one parking space is provided in the garage free of charge, and in case of arrival with two cars, one parking space is paid for.
