Villa Cassia was built in a traditional Istrian rustic style. The floors in the rooms are made of wood strip flooring and the other floors are covered with ceramic tiles. The decorative wood beams on the ceilings provide a sweet rustic flair.

Villa consists of ground floor and upper floor. The interior design of the villa is a harmony of rustic and modern furniture. The large space including dining room for eight persons and living room with a fireplace is designed as a functional integrated complex intended for a pleasant abidance of all residents of the villa. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The bedrooms are equipped with combination of single and double beds. First bedroom on the ground floor has a view to the backyard. This room has an integrated bathroom with a shower. The second room has a separate entrance from the covered terrace with a view to the pool and the yard. This room has a bathroom with a bath tub. The bedrooms on the upper floor have their own bathrooms and covered terraces. The view from this rooms spreads out on the yard, the pool and the settlement.

WHY THE VILLA IS SPECIAL: Specially designed furniture is a combination of white wood and purple fabric that covers the upholstered furniture in bedrooms and living space.
