On the roof of the villa (third floor), there is a two-level sun terrace with 2 whirlpools, 2 sets of garden lounge furniture, and sun loungers. During the day, guests can take a relaxing bath in the sun while admiring the view of the sea and the nearby islands. In the evenings, enjoy beautiful sunsets with a glass of fine Croatian wine.

The outdoor space of about 600m2 is divided into a parking area in front of the building and a recreation area in the backyard. There is a spacious sunny terrace with a swimming pool (32m2, 150cm deep) and a Dalmatian-style building containing a sauna with a bathroom (indoor) and dining space (table with chairs) with a large brick barbeque and sink. 

Little children can have great fun playing on the mini playground.

BEACHES

Practically, the entire coast of Turanj and nearby Sveti Filip and Jakov is used for beaches, which are ideal for children due to the flat coastline and gentle descent to the sea. The shore is covered by a pebble or small stones. The bottom of the ocean is partly sandy. The water gradually becomes deep. The nearest large beach is located only 200m from the building.

The nearest grocery is about 120m far from the property. A large multi-branch shop can be easily reached by car- it is 1km away.

To reach our property, leave the A1 motorway at the Benkovac exit and head for Turanj/ Biograd na Moru.
