Electricity comes from solar energy, and the villa includes Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Two houses of Villa Korcula - Stone Village each consist of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, comfortably furnished living room, modern bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a king size bed located in the gallery section. The bedrooms have wonderful sea views and are furnished in accordance with the overall atmosphere of the region. From the living room area, there is a door leading to a terrace, which is equipped with chairs for relaxing. These terraces, with their intoxicating views of the beautiful Adriatic, will provide you with much desired moments of rest, relaxation and the opportunity to enjoy complete peace and quiet.

The third house of Villa Korcula - Stone Village is also a beautiful house with great ambience just like the other two, but this one has a slightly larger area and has an additional double room, which is located on the ground floor. This house consists of the ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, dining section, lounge, double bedroom with a double bed, modern bathroom and double bedroom with a double bed in the gallery. The gem of this house is the terrace proudly overlooking the sea, which provides an unlimited amount of sunlight and romantic sceneries that you can only imagine.

The harmony of this unique property is accomplished by precise and detailed design evident in the wonderful courtyard and garden are, which is made completely out of authentic stone. A great example of a good exterior is also the summer hacienda, located in the central part of the yard. The hacienda is equipped with an outdoor fireplace and dining area with a table for 8 people. This is an ideal place for hanging out and enjoying high quality Korcula wines and culinary specialties of the region.

A special attraction of Villa Korcula - Stone Village is the beautiful swimming pool located in the courtyard. The swimming pool is a special treat because of its specific position that allows you to admire the magnificent blue sea, sky and boats that have found their lagoon in this quiet cove.

From the property of the villa, there is a set of stairs that lead you to the small, private beach in front of the house, which is only for you to use and where you will certainly find enviable peace.

Villa Korcula - Stone Village has electricity from solar energy, and it is equipped with satellite TV, DVD and CD player. The villa has an oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, pool, garden, sofas, deck chairs and sun umbrellas, outdoor shower, patio and barbecue. A baby cot and baby feeder are available upon request. The villa has reserved parking space for each guest and has a private mooring for a smaller boat.

The villa has its electricity produced from solar units that stores solar energy in batteries. All lights, appliances and other electrical items receive electric power from a battery with a large capacity. The only exception is the oven that is a great consumer of electricity and therefore is connected directly to the generator.

Distance from the sea is 20 m, and from the center of the town of Vela Luka is 5 km.
