This 5-bedroom villa in Vinišće can host up to 10 guests and is set across four floors. On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with satellite LCD TV, with access to a terrace. The first floor offers three en-suite queen bedrooms with SMART LCD TVs, and the second floor features a large terrace with an outdoor pool and outdoor seating. Enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and gym, plus an outdoor barbecue and dining table for 10. It’s about 5 m from the sea, 20 km from Trogir, and 23 km from Split Airport. Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00; a €500 damage deposit is required.

The courtyard of the villa is an ideal place for group gatherings. There is an outdoor barbecue with an outdoor dining table for 10 people. There is also a jacuzzi and a playground for children to complete their family vacation.

From the courtyard through the door you enter the basement of the villa. There are two rooms. The first room has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with tub. The other room has a single bed and a baby cot. This room also has an en suite bathroom with shower.

You reach the ground floor by marble steps. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with sofas and with satellite LCD TV. From the living room through the glass walls you go out onto the terrace with outdoor furniture. From this terrace you can enjoy the view of the sea and the boats that play an interesting summer game on the waves of the lovely sea.

The first floor continues with marble stairs and leads to the remaining 3 rooms. All rooms have queen size beds, en suite bathrooms, and SMART LCD television. Two bathrooms have showers and one has a bathtub.

The marble stairs also lead to the second floor. There is a large terrace with an outdoor pool and outdoor furniture. An ideal place for complete relaxation with a beautiful 360-degree view of the sea, the picturesque center of Marina and the beautiful nature of Dalmatia.

A special place in the villa is occupied by a room with sauna and equipment for maintaining a daily fitness routine.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet. The villa also has a SMART LCD TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and ice maker. The villa also has a washing machine, iron, sauna and gym and a parking space for its guests.

Distance: 5 meters from the sea, 20 km from the center of Trogir and 23 km from Split Airport.
