The property provides excellent holiday conditions for families with children or a group of friends. The location off the beaten track, away from the center of the village, gives guests an intimate atmosphere in which they can truly relax. Those who love nature will be delighted with the greenery around the property.

Ground floor

There is an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a pantry. A guest toilet is also provided on this level of the house.

A pair of balcony glass doors connect the open-plan ground floor area with terrace and garden.

First floor

The first floor is a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms which share one bathroom with a shower. Two of them are equipped with double beds and one offers two single beds. 

Twin bedroom offers a balcony with a view of the sea, mountains and green surroundings.

The entire property is fenced, which is particularly beneficial for families on vacation with children. It is surrounded by a green, village neighborhood.

The outdoor area is a garden that consists of a roffed terrace (a dining table with 6 chairs), a sun deck with loungers, and a private swimming pool with a shower.

Next to the pool, there is an additional space that has the relaxation function. The stone finish, furniture, lighting and accessories create a pleasant holiday atmosphere. There is a set of garden lounge furniture shaded by a fabric sliding blind on a wooden structure. Right next to it, guests have access to a large brick grill with a stone bar table. Preparing and enjoying meals or drinks while keeping an eye on the children bathing in the pool was never easier.

In front of the villa, there are 2 fanced parking spaces available for guests.

BEACHES

The nearest beach is about 500m from the house by a forest walking path and it is called Škripinica. The coast as well as the seabed is mostly sandy and partly rocky. There are low cliffs covered with grass and overgrown with pine trees, that gives a possibility for a natural shedow. The water gradually gets deep. 

In fact, the entire strip of coastline on both sides of Vir is used for the beaches, most of them organized and equipped.

Biskupljača Beach - 800m - the beach is characterized by a pebble and sandy seabed, and concrete and gravel on the coast. The entire promenade is surrounded by greenery, and benches for resting are placed along the entire beach. On the beach itself there is a modernly decorated coffee bar with a beautiful view of the bay. There are umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach itself, which can be used for a fee. The sea is moderately shallow and suitable for families with children.

Velika Slatina Beach - 1 km - is a small cove with a mooring for smaller boats, a landscaped beach and a parking lot right next to the beach. The seabed is pebbly and sandy (fine sand). Concrete and gravel are present on the coast. There is a coffee bar on the beach itself with accompanying entertainment for children. Additional amenities include pedal boat rentals. On the beach there are benches for resting with a beautiful view of the island of Pag and the mountain Velebit. The beach is suitable for families with children and all those who like to jump from the pier.

Jadro Beach - 3 km - the most popular beach on the island of Vir with gravel-concrete coast. Seabed covered with gravel and partial sand. The water gradually gets deep. There is a possibility to rent umbrellas and sunbeds. Showers and changing rooms are available. Diverse gastronomic infrastructure can be found by the beach as well as rent water equipment.

Duboka Draga Beach - 3,3 km - is the most beautiful natural beach on the northwestern part of the island of Vir. It is located outside any settlement. Locals and weekenders call this beach another name "Red Beach" or simply "Red Rocks". It is possible to reach the beach by land, on a one-way road that is closed to motor vehicles (only cyclists and pedestrians are allowed); from the sea side, access is only possible by a smaller speedboat or sailboat. The beach is characterized by crystal clear sea, lush vegetation of low vegetation and steep rocks. Unspoiled nature in combination with fairy-tale red rocks, a stone-sand beach and the most beautiful sunset will surely delight and enchant you, and encourage you to come again.

Sapavac Beach - 3,5 km from the house. The coast is rocky, sandy and earthy. Seabed covered with sand and healing mud. The water is warm and gradually gets deep. This beach offers you a natural shade of trees.

To reach our property, exit the A1 motorway at the Zadar I exit (Zadar Centar) and head for Nin/Vir.
