The beach is about 700 meters away, with a restaurant around 250 meters and a shop 200 meters away. Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 10:00. No pets are allowed.

The ground floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher), living room with sofa bed for two people, bedroom with one double bed and its bathroom. On the ground floor there is also a separate toilet with washing machine. On the second floor there is a bedroom that has a double bed, a single bed and a bathroom. The villa has air conditioning in the living room and can accommodate 7 guests. 

A spacious living room equipped with antique furniture leads to a large terrace with a magnificent view of the sea and the old town. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool, deck chairs, table with garden furniture, fireplace and private parking.
