Outside, the 615 m² yard includes a heated swimming pool with a wheelchair-adapted section, plus a sun terrace, beach chairs and a solar shower. A shaded garden corner is suitable for light lunches or dinner outdoors. Inside, the home uses a contemporary design with wood and glass, and the light-filled kitchen opens to the living room and terrace through a large glass door.

The beautiful, modern villa was built next to the heritage villas complex, its sisters villas. While the latter two are traditional stone Istrian houses, the villa was built in the contemporary style and it fits into the heritage ambient perfectly. It's simple, clean lines, emphasize its beauty and invite you to spend a perfect vacation. The villa can accommodate 6 guests in three spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. One of the rooms is completely adapted for people in wheelchairs, just like one part of the swimming pool. The villas exterior features a lovely, heated swimming pool together with the sun terrace, beach chairs and the solar shower. The garden around the house has a shaded corner, ideal for a light summer lunch or a fun dinner with friends. The interior of the house was decorated in contemporary design but using a lot of traditional materials like wood and glass which we especially love. The kitchen is full of light and invites you to make a delicious meal, using Istrian authentic food, and later relaxing over a glass of superb wine, whether in the living room or out in the terrace, that relates to the interior by a large glass door.
