The villa also offers two bathrooms, one guest toilet, a washing machine and parking for three cars. Two folding beds can be prepared, and a baby bed and baby chair are included. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00; a 300 EUR cash deposit is charged on arrival.

The living room is designed for relaxation and socializing. It is furnished with a large, comfortable sofa, a coffee table, a big TV with satellite channels, and air conditioning. From the living room, you can directly access the terrace, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces and providing easy access to the jacuzzi, pool, and other outdoor features. A guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.

The staircase leads to the first floor, where three spacious and comfortably furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. All bedrooms are equipped with double beds (180 x 200 cm), air conditioning, and TVs, ensuring comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. This bathroom includes a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a washing machine. If needed, two additional folding beds can be prepared for two more guests.
