Outdoors, guests can use the pool, sun loungers, and terrace. All rooms are air-conditioned, and the living room has underfloor heating. The property is 9 km from Poreč.

The large pool surrounded by sun loungers is located in a fully heated garden, and thanks to the well-equipped outdoor terrace you do not have to leave the pool all day.

The house is spread over two floors. The first floor has a hallway, living room, dining room, kitchen, pantry, laundry room, toilet and a room with private bathroom.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
On the first floor there is a studio apartment with a separate entrance and consists of a large double bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom.
In total, the villa can accommodate 8 people. All rooms are air-conditioned and the living room has underfloor heating.
