Set on a 13,000 sqm estate with olive gardens, this 1,000 sqm villa includes two renovated 19th-century houses. Inside, you’ll find 8 bedrooms with 8 beds and 7 bathrooms, with antique furniture and painted walls across the main and guest house. The garden includes a pool, plus a badminton court and a children’s playground, and bicycles are available for exploring the villa’s surroundings. Parking is available for up to 10 vehicles, and up to 1 pet may be accommodated. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is until 10:00.

The refundable 4000 EUR security deposit must be paid 7 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the Security deposit is not paid, the reservation will be cancelled without a refund. If no property damage occurs during the client’s stay, we will initiate a release of the Security deposit amount 7 days after the client’s checkout.

We promise the beds are the most amazing, comfortable beds you will ever sleep on, and the garden with the pool will make so in love you will not even want to get out to get to know the beautiful Istria. If you also want some family entertainment, the badminton court and the children’s playground are at your disposal, just like bicycles if you decide to explore the villa’s surroundings.
