Beautiful 4-star Villa Dubrovnik Secret Escape Plus with a private beach is located some 5 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik, in a small bay Lozica.

The luxury villa boasts 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can be a perfect accommodation for up to 10 persons. It consists of 2 parts, the main part, and the annex part. From each part of the stone mansion, you can enjoy the stunning sea views.

The estate boasts 2 floors. The ground floor is meant to be a relaxation zone. It has a terrace-set pool of 18 m2 equipped with beach chairs and sun umbrellas. This terrace is the highlight of the plot. Here you can wine and dine, in the peaceful shade of the lush Mediterranean greenery, with a breathtaking sea view.

On the first floor, there is a spacious and modern living room with a large sofa and carefully picked artistic paintings. Here you see a mixture of ancient and modern. The whole villa oozes elegance with beautiful pieces of art.

The second floor comes with 5 modernly-furnished bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a lovely balcony from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view.

The pet-friendly mansion will certainly exceed all your expectations. Villa also has fitness equipment, satellite channels, 4 parking spaces.

This luxury villa offers mesmerizing views of the sea and the nearby islands- Daksa, Kolocep, and Babin Kuk. Since Dubrovnik is practically at the door, we suggest you visit its town walls and picturesque Lokrum island. In Cavtat, you can enjoy wonderful Croatian restaurants. If you decide to go more north, try seafood in Ston, and climb its famous wall. Visit Peljesac peninsula if you are a wine lover, there are so many great wineries there.
