The main feature of this luxury villa is surely a swimming pool and cascade terrace area, where you can relax while you are looking at the infinite blue sky and amazing scenery of the islands of Pakleni. All five terraces are furnished with exclusive garden furniture, deck chairs, and sun umbrellas, as well as the large pool of the villa. Here you will also find a comfortable dining table with 14 chairs and a large sun umbrella. Luxury Villa Hvar Residence has also an outdoor gym.

On the ground floor of Villa Hvar Residence, there is a dormitory sleeping area with 4 charming bedrooms. All of the rooms have king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and have direct access to the terraces with outdoor furniture. These terraces offer a spectacular view of the sea. The fourth room has no sea view while the third and fourth room shares one bathroom.

The first floor is superbly designed for relaxation with family and friends. The spacious living-dining area, as well as the fully equipped kitchen, provide all the facilities needed for preparing wonderful meals that you can enjoy either on the large wooden dining table in the dining area or on the covered terrace with an outdoor grill and a beautiful sea view. The comfortable sofa in the living room invites you to rest and have total relaxation. On the first floor, you can find one large bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom, which has its own balcony with a breathtaking sea view.

The Relaxation Suite consists of a bedroom with a king-size bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This suite is on the second floor and is connected to the living area by a spiral staircase. This suite has its own terrace where you can enjoy quiet and peaceful hours outdoors or choose to spend some time indoors in its own living room.

The second floor offers the Sensation Suite.
