The Villa Pharos with swimming pool is located in Jelsa on the island of Hvar – one of the most beautiful islands in Dalmatia. This is a perfect place for getting the most out of your vacation at our beautiful Adriatic coast. The Villa is situated in the second row to the sea, which means you are just a minute of walk away from the lovely beach. Furthermore, the Villa Pharos with swimming pool has an area of 200 m2 and can accommodate 8-10 people, what makes it ideal for a family vacation with kids, group of friends, social events for smaller groups, etc.

This four bedroom Villa is fully air-conditioned and has a beautiful sea view, as well as a huge garden which surrounds the whole Villa. The garden is very charming and colorful – a perfect place for a rest from the everyday hurry and traffic noise. Here is also a barbecue with an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy your self-prepared meals, as well as a swimming pool which is 7 meters long where you can swim for exercise or just relax.

The Villa Pharos with swimming pool consists of two floors with a balcony and high-set terrace which provides a breathtaking view of the sea. The ground floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms have a double bed and a terrace with a sea view. On the first floor is the fourth bedroom with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and balcony. A wine cellar is in the basement, where you have an excellent selection of quality wines.
