The stairs take you to the ground floor where the spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom are located. On the first and second floor, you will find the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and king-sized beds.

Outside you will find the 15m2 Pool, outdoor furniture, and BBQ. It is a great place to spend the summer nights with your loved ones, just swim, relax on the loung chairs and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea.

The villa with pool is only 500 meters away from shops, and 2 kilometers from coffee bars, restaurants, the city center and the beach. A great location to have peace and quiet, but not far away so that it's hard to get to the city.
