A stunning property placed on a hill extends on 360 m2 and offers a relaxing sea view of Poljica Bay. The luxury vacation home has a surface of 300 m2 and extends on 3 floors.

It features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The interior of the mansion is modern and stylish with lots of interesting details.

The ground floor has an elegant living area with cozy angled furniture agreement and a flat TV. It has an exit to a large terrace with a pool. In the same open-plan area, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area. From the kitchen, you can observe children playing at the playground behind the villa.

Stairs take you to the first floor with 4 stylish bedrooms with king-size beds. Each bedroom has a balcony, an en-suite bathroom, a flat TV, desk, wardrobe, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms have a sea view and two other bedrooms have a view of the surroundings. Beds in two bedrooms can be converted into twin beds.

The outdoor swimming pool of 32 m2 has a heating option and floor heating around the pool. The pool has a heating option with the following conditions: 15.09. - 01.07. heating up to max. 28 degrees per day is 50 euros.
01.07. - 15.09. heating up to 26 degrees is free, above 26 degrees is 50 euros per day. The terrace has cozy beach chairs from where you can enjoy soaking up the sun.

The wood-fired grill comes with an outdoor dining area which is ideal for a family gathering. One seating area is located on the south near the pool and one on the north next to a children’s playground.

The basement has a completely equipped gym. You can use barbells, a Smith machine, a bench for bench press, a leg machine, Orbitrek, TRX, a yoga ball, a yoga mat, exercise tapes, roller massager, so you can have a demanding session.

Later, you can use the sauna and then take a shower located next to the sauna. On the same level, there is a well-equipped laundry room with towels.

You can also use Wi-Fi, satellite channels, and private parking. The baby cot and high chair can be arranged on request. 

On disposal (on request and with surcharge) is also a fully equipped tavern. Here you can spend relaxing evenings enjoying food and wine.

Marina is located 40 km from Split and 18 km from Trogir. Other nearby seaside villages are Rogoznica and Primosten with beautiful beaches. We can organize different day trips for you, such as a visit to the Krka national park, a boat tour to one of the islands, a fishing trip, a zipline in Omis, rating or canyoning on the Cetina river, etc.

3 minutes from the villa there are nice beaches, like Marina beach, Pralisce beach, Tunjara, and Poljica beach.
