This stylish Medulin villa welcomes up to eight guests with four bedrooms each featuring en-suite bathrooms and elegant design. The villa offers 300 square meters of modern living, complemented by a spacious 1300 square meter private garden. Large windows fill the interiors with light, while the ground floor is wheelchair accessible and hosts a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and direct terrace access. Outside, a generous swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and greenery, providing a relaxing retreat for all ages. A rooftop terrace with a Jacuzzi promises memorable evenings, while designated spaces make entertaining easy. Family pets are welcome by request, ensuring everyone can join in the enjoyment of this premium Medulin getaway.

A splendid Villa Costanea is located in the village of Premantura near Medulin and Pula area, on the very south of the Istrian peninsula. It is just 200 m away from the nearest beach.

A large protected estate boasts an impressive 1300 m, and the luxury mansion has 300 m2. The sophisticated villa has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 persons.

A spacious estate attracts a manicured garden, perfect for children and adults on a holiday. The verdant color of the garden and the plants in front of the villa will relax you instantly. You will notice its lovely looks.

The center of the estate is a huge swimming pool surrounded by sun umbrellas and beach chairs. Kids can jump trampoline or play football in the garden while you are preparing your barbecue meal. The dining area on a terrace will be ideal for a family gathering with a glass of high-quality Istrian wine.

On the ground floor of the luxury villa Costanea, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island and the latest appliances (wine cooler, coffee machine, etc.). A comfortable and stylish living area has an exit to the terrace and the outside dining area. One modern bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also here. It comes with a park view.

The first floor of the villa features sea view 2 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. One bedroom also has a bathtub.

The last floor of the villa has one bedroom with a beautiful sea, park and city view. The terrace on top has Jacuzzi, lovely sitting furniture, and beach chairs – this is probably the most romantic part of the villa. In the evening we recommend a cocktail or a glass of wine in a Jacuzzi with a romantic view of the sea and the nearby village.

The ground floor is wheelchair accessible. You can bring your pet to the villa; pets are allowed on request. In the villa, you can celebrate various events, like weddings, birthdays, engagements, etc. Gym lovers after the workout room can use the sauna.
