Villa Layla is an elegant holiday villa situated in Okrug Gornji on island Ciovo, just 150 m from the nearest beach and 5 km from the historical UNESCO World heritage center of town Trogir. This comfortable and newly renovated villa has everything needed for a relaxing holiday with friends or family, while its convenient location in the vicinity of Split airport (10 km) makes it an ideal holiday destination for travellers arriving with plane as well as those arriving with a car.

Villa Layla covers the living area of 300 m2, divided on ground and first floor and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The house has 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. Contemporary living room with dining area creates an airy and spacious ambience, while also providing large fireplace if the nights get chilly. The balcony with a magnificent seaview is equipped with an outdoor dining table, perfect for having a dinner while watching over the crystal clear sea and the nearby islands. Washing machine, iron and ironing board are at disposal to the guests, while baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The outdoor consists of a beautiful garden with a spacious terrace and a private swimming pool (18 m2) with massage tips and sun loungers, where the guests can completely relax and soak up the sunshine. The garden is decorated with various Mediterranean plants and trees which provides the feeling of being in a true Mediterranean oasis. Guests are welcome to use the outside barbecue. Outside parking places are provided, while the garage is available on request.

The nearest beach is just 150m away, while the largest beach on the island is 800 m away from the villa. The beach offers various beach bars with food and drinks, deckchairs for rent, water sports and many more. Villa Layla is only 10 minutes of driving away from Trogir and 30 minutes of driving away from Split, the second largest city in Croatia famous for the UNESCO protected palace of the Roman emperor Diocletian.
