Perfect villa with an excellent pool area! We were 12 and enjoyed it very much every minute. Orasac is just several minutes by car from Dubrovnik. It is ideal because you can easily find parking, the area is very peaceful and relaxing. It is full of nice villas with a stunning sea view. The VIP staff is very professional. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved it! Very beautiful villa with the best pool area, outdoor kitchen, and cozy interior. My family and I enjoyed a lot during our holiday. Lori is a lovely lady and always available for anything you need. Smiljana from the VIP Holiday Booker agency was very helpful and helped us to choose our excursions. She organized some transfers and rent a car for us. We recommend this agency!

Attractive villa with a very nice and comfortable interior. It has a lovely kitchen, modern rooms, cozy bedrooms with nice balconies, and mesmerizing sea views. We spent the whole week in this beautiful villa. The VIP Holiday Booker concierge service was excellent. Lucija organized transfers for us. Recommendations!

Beautiful villa with a relaxing pool area. The beds are very comfortable, and the villa is very clean. In the evenings we would prepare our meals outside, next to the pool. The weather was great, like usually in Croatia. Special thanks to the VIP agency who organized a birthday party for us. My daughter loved it! Highly recommend!

This villa is stunning, we had a group of 10 for a hen do and it was perfect, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the owner could not be more helpful. Villa de la Vie is absolutely stunning and the host extraordinaire. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our favorite time of day was gathering for a meal in the evening and sitting outside. The views from the house are incredible. We fell in love with Dubrovnik and the Croatian people. I hope to return to Villa de la Vie.

Our family stayed at Villa Dolce Vita and had a wonderful experience. Wish we could have stayed for much longer. Loredana is a great host, willing to set up activities and give any information. She met us with fresh figs and a cake. Viki, her husband, kept the outside and pool clean. The house was perfect for our party of 12, with three double rooms, a twin bedroom and day bedroom on one floor then a suite with king bed room and queen bedroom on top floor. Five bathrooms! The kitchen is well appointed for the cooks. The views are fantastic. We are coming back!

Villa with a view is an understatement. It is set in a perfect location with magnificent views of the Adriatic Sea. The villa is easy to find and has fantastic facilities. Beautiful linen, well stocked kitchen with upmarket crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The outside areas have modern furniture and pool chairs in very good condition. Appliances, stove, washing machine etc are all new and work well. We loved the outside verandahs and had all our meals around the big table near the pool. This area is so well organised with bbq, hob and fridges. It also has a big TV so we did movie nights outside. Inside the bathrooms are modern and all hardware in good condition. There was a plentiful supply of hot water for our big family. The villa is about a 20 minute drive to Dubrovnik. This gorgeous villa is in a peaceful and quiet place, away from the cruise ships and hub of the city. Zaton the nearby village is beautiful for morning walks on the marina and shoreline and there are a few restaurants. The Radisson Sun Gardens hotel is a 4 minute drive from the villa and we enjoyed the beautiful spa at the hotel. A small car is recommended for the grocery shopping, the supermarkets are about a 20 minute drive from the villa. We loved our stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. We hope to go back in the near future.
