The first floor of Villa Eclectica with Pool has 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, a flat TV, air conditioning, and a balcony with a nice park view. 

A large yard has an outdoor swimming pool of 40 m2 with a heating option, so you can enjoy the pool in spring and autumn. Around the pool, there are 8 beach chairs, 4 sun umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
