Perfect for families or groups, the upper floor provides three additional bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin beds—plus another bathroom. Multiple terraces let you take in beautiful views of the coastline and sunsets, setting the scene for a truly restful escape by the Adriatic.

Villa Calma with Swimming Pool is suitable for 8+2 people and spreads over 2 floors. The ground floor has a charming living room, fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a toilet and a bedroom with a double bed.

From the living room, you can access the pool terrace which is fitted with beach chairs for sunbathing. On the pool terrace are also a barbecue and outdoor dining area where you can prepare and enjoy delicious meals.

The 1st floor features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of them have a double bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds.
The 1st floor has also a terrace from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea view.
